This project was completed in 3 separate stages.

Firstly the large rear outdoor patio was constructed to be seamlessly integrated into the existing house and, at the front of the house, the 2 brick arches and small garage doors were removed and replaced with a single garage door. The roof tiles were repainted along with other minor works.

Next a new kitchen was constructed in a relocated position to the rear of the house, overlooking the waterfront. The existing kitchen was removed and converted into a new dining room. The wall arches were removed and new external windows and doors installed.

The final job was the complete refurbishment of the ensuite and repainting of adjoining areas.
