The complete renovation of this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment required the installation of a new office area and reconfiguration of most of the walls to allow for a new design including a larger kitchen & ensuite, and renovation of all other areas.

As with all unit renovations, there is a high degree of difficulty in adding or relocating wet areas but Phillip Hawksley always seems to be able to come up with a design and technical feasibility to achieve the clients desires.
