The complete renovation of this 2 storey apartment required the relocation of the kitchen and the construction of an additional bathroom upstairs, along with a redesign of the existing ensuite and laundry, and renovation of all other areas.

As with all unit renovations, there is a high degree of difficulty in adding or relocating wet areas but Phillip Hawksley always seems to be able to come up with a design and technical feasibility to achieve the clients desires.
