Redevelopment of Ensuite at Silverpoint, Main Beach:

The client required the total rebuilding of an existing bathroom using some of the finest materials available. 

The room was gutted to allow total renovation of the remaining shell. 

The walls were lined, floor to ceiling, with AAA white thassos marble and the floors with blue pearl granite. All ceramic fixtures were white and the vanity unit and shaving cabinet were finished with a matching 2-pac paint. The protruding curved doors on the vanity provide an added feature. 

Many difficulties were overcome mainly related to the installation of new wastes for the relocated shower and spa. This was exacerbated by the lack of access to the sub-floor area in the unit below. 

Glass was put to extensive use.  The entrance is framed with two sheets of  “artglass”, the shower screen is frameless toughened glass and mirrors on the shaving cabinet, which is fitted with glass  shelves, have bevelled edges.
