The large existing warehouse was extremely run down. Demolition and structural work was completed by Hawksley Constructions prior to commencement of redevelopment. Hawksley Constructions then undertook the decoration and fit-out to present the building to the client ready for use.

Hawksley Constructions have completed most of Telstra’s building work in the North, West and East of Tasmania since 1990. All of Hawksley Constructions’ personnel have completed the strict Telstra induction courses. The precise requirements of Telstra, especially where work is undertaken in the sensitive exchange and equipment areas, are strictly adhered to.
